THANK-YOU! From the bottom of my heart less dogs being tortured and used for profit greedy people! these laws only provide for the basic of necessities if a place cannot handle that little bit of comfort they have no business using and torturing and caging animals in horrifying conditions to make some money the greedy people who do not want to walk and play and let a dog live a life with family and friends! Here is a law that is requiring people to meet minimum standards which are still way to low but it is a start!
1. No Cage stacking so the dog below doesnt have to eat feces and drink urine!

2. a little room to move
3. No wire bottom cages
That does not even sound like a hard thing to do at all and it is little comfort to know many of these dogs were not vet cared on any basis.
Many are debarked, many have never had the pleasure of a walk or a hug.. To many people do not research the conditions in which the parents of these "cute little puppies" have to live and endure and when they cannot they are left to die many with their insides hanging out! Why for any reason would someone buy a puppy from one of those heartless breeders who keep that many dogs in those deplorable conditions is beyond anything I can imagine! I hope the greedy people who live off this do close down or at least provide some very basic needs.
