Giant Eagle at Chapel Hill to grow

Demolition crews have finished tearing down a portion of the Plaza at Chapel Hill strip mall to make way for an expansion of the Giant Eagle grocery store.

WalMart has such better every day prices that all they would have to do is expand their Cuyahoga Falls store into a SUPERCENTER and GE would be out of business in the palza. You gotta be nuts to pay GE or ACME prices in today's market driven low economy.

You know how I feel in principle about Wal-of-China-Mart. But yesterday I went searching for an electronics item which I could not find at Target, Big Lots, Best Buy, K-Mart. But guess who has it?

Well, at least my Wal-Mart purchase might keep some rice on the plate of some child slave worker.

I know why part of the reason Giant Eagles prices are so high.. They pay their store managers upward from 57,000 to 79,000 per year !!!

Did you see that Wal Mart is now selling discount caskets on their internet site? What bargains they are. Check it out compared to the local undertaker. Unbelievable what Wal Mart is doing. Not that I plan on passing anytime soon.
