To Alcoa officers. You better be ready for this A hole, dictator. Its his way and no other. If he did not hire you, your days are numbered.
Congratulations

One man's trash (Huntersville) is another man's treasure (Alcoa). Who on Earth hired this bozo? Bozo? Are they running a circus in Alcoa or do they just have the Ring Leader as a city manager. Why would anyone hire someone who was forced to retire/resign? Better yet, why would the committee who hired this two time loser, not check his background before they offered him the job? Someone needs to answer many, many questions!

I have friends in Charlotte and they say this Potter guy is a complete joke. They said he had inappropriate relationships with female subordinates and that he ruled with an iron fist. They said no one would speak out against him and the city manager had gotten wind of this and asked him to resign or be fired.
It is a mystery to me why Mark Johnson would hire such a buffoon! I guess Mark feels like he can control him and the APD by having him move into the same neighborhood and keeping more qualified local applicants out of HIS city! The Alcoa City Commission needs to wake up and realize who is actually hurting our city instead of helping!
