Does anyone have any thoughts about Vermillion or live there. It looks like an interesting development. Looking for pros and cons. Thanks!

It has been a slow going development. It seems like an up and coming area, but if you are looking from something in Huntersville, I would recommend the Birkdale area.

I would suggest Monteith park next to the Oaks nursing home. When discovery place comes and the light rail comes thru,,property values will go up. We will sell then.

Vermillion is nice tho,too.

We live in Vermillion and love it. I use to live on the West side of Huntersville and the traffic was crazy. the traffic is much better on the East side, plus they have now begun construction on the new Dicovery Musuem and retail center. If you live in Vermillion, you can walk - it is so close. We have good neighbors, and the pool is beautiful. My husband and I walk a lot through the neighborhood.
