That's odd: Missing tire leads to DWI charge for NY woman

State police say a 56-year-old western New York woman was nearly three times over the legal limit for drunk driving when troopers spotted her traveling with one of her front tires missing.

The really sad thing is that most of these people would freely submit to sterilization for as little as a reduced jail sentence, fifty dollars, a tax break, a dime bag, or an Obama phone but yet the liberal government won't let them because it's a violation of their rights regardless of the fact that it would lift a huge burden in a nation that is inundated with people who are unable to care for themselves.
