The bridge should be closed to heavy trucks if anything.That bridge will still be there after were all dead and gone.Its solid.

The bridge was in use since the flood damage that destroyed two other bridges. Now all of a sudden there is a problem. The engineer who recommended this should loose his job. Where was the preventative maintenance? Another Penndot joke!!
Must have been a giant iceberg floating down the creek to cause such damage. Add temporary shoring if the supports are undermined, place steel plating across the surface and limit to single lane. NO TRUCK TRAFFIC. Hey how about a temporary signal system. WOW what a concept. Ah screw it, who cares about the 1500 taxed propertys in Hunlock Township alone. Start calling your representatives people. It is that simple. |
