Why should anyone who is expeled from public school receive alternate education for the period of the expultion?

Public school is not a right it is a privilege and should be managed with that principle of rule.

Great effort is made to the students each yr to educate them as to the rules of behavior required to stay and enjoy the education that is offered to them in these institutions and if they choose to violate those rules, they should be eliminated from the populace for the duration of the punishment, not pampered.
