Dogs in SUV Die from Heat

Pet owners are being urged to be mindful of summer temperatures. A mother and her son have been charged with mistreatment to animals after five dogs found in their SUV died.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but having been in both areas, I'd like to point out that 15 minutes in a car in Hoquiam, WA even on a hot day is not likely to be a Hazard. 15 min in GA on a hot day can be fatal, even with a window partly open.

WA residents need to be aware of this when travelling.
