i feel if you are in any kind of trouble with fraud they shouldnt treat you no different. they should also give you the same jail time as a man see women now a days feel they can do what they want and the court system will be easy on them. i figure u do the crime and u can do the time. house arrest and probabtion dont do no good they think well i can do it again and i wont get caught. i feel MAXIMUM jail time is the best so they learn there lesson and if they have children then they should of thought about the consequences of there actions before they did the crime. the law needs to tuffen up on these women now a days.

So apparently I was cited Tuesday for a noise ordinance. Well, that must have been my twin that I know nothing of. I was at work in Harrisburg on Tuesday. However, it seems that a neighbor of mine doesn't like when my dog barks. The dog that is a puppy and getting crate trained. Considering that just about every house in the neighborhood has dogs that bark, I would say this "neighbor" must have a problem with me. Also, I would have thought that the "neighbor" would have at least mentioned something to me personally before crying to the police. Also, considering this "neighbor" has animals and kids that constantly come in my yard and make noise, this is very juvenille of them. I guess when my stepdaughter told the female that she sounded and looked like a man, she got offended. Since then, she has yelled at my kids (once for accidentally throwing a ball in their yard and another for walking our dog too close to their yard) and called the police 2 times for the dog barking (while it was in our house, in it's crate and you couldn't have heard it unless you were in our yard - this even was stated by the police). I hope once I move in the next few weeks she can find another hobby to take up. Maybe she can find another neighbor to harass and call the cops on for their cat meowing too loud.

It's my understanding that you cannot be cited for noise that a dog makes from inside your house. Get counsel on this one before paying the fine.
