If my memory is correct, I don't recall the Constitution stating we have to allow 215 grows into our investment properties...maybe I'll check it again just to be sure...I've read the proposed draft and the various updates. I suggest you do the same because its obvious you're not up to speed. I own 27 properties in Humboldt and I do allow "legal" grows in the ones that are outside city limits. Of course I charge more for them but they are also well run and installed by an actul licensed contractor. When one of those grows decided to quit growing in Humbolodt and move to Colorado, they replaced everything. There is absolutely no evidence they were even there. I was able to rent it out again without spending any extra money! It's now bebing rented to a great family with little kids who do not grow. I've also had the experienece of renting to some people who didn't tell me they intended to grow. They did have a 215 card. There were holes in my wood floors, moldy condensation and trimmings everywhere. I gave them a chance to either clean it up and discontinue or I would take the m atter into my own hands. After 45 days,I walked right up to there door, grabbed their crap and threw it outside. Pushed them out the door and changed the locks. Was that a blatant violation? you bet. I am damn proud of it. Did they blatantly destroy my house? Yes they did. If I would have gone thru the court system, it would have costs me about $3000 plus damages and it would have taken about 6 months to get them out. I have no regrets and will do it again.

It just seems to me that with the way things are, it's not worth it to go big time with pot. Even with legal grows, severe problems rear their ugly head...eventually, and terms like "legal" get challenged or nullified. Nothing is in concrete with pot.
