I noticed they had a sign out front recently saying they're hiring. Anyone know how it is to work there? Are the people working there decent? I don't want to work with jerks. Do they do right by their employees? I know these days a lot of places treat their employees awful because everyone is so desperate for a job.

Save-A-Lot warehouse is a good place to work...if you are clean, sober, and will show-up and work.
For the most part, you are driving a lift truck pulling merchandise and building pallets to ship to stores. You have to be fast, accurate, able to lift, bend, and perform at a high level of profeciency in order to meet your quota and pull-rate. Clean (drug free)and sober is a problem for many people. Showing up for work on time every day is a problem for others. That's why the sign is out.

I don't live in TN anymore, otherwise I would. If I move back I'll go in for sure.

I heard there is one guy on 3rds out there that shows up to work wired out almost every night. Seems like he'd be a danger to fellow employees being high every night.

They do random drug testing, he won't be there long if that is truly the case
