Within 6 miles of my home I have 2 separate MobileNation stores and my work. Donít let the fact that the stores are close that a tower is. I have no signal at work, sometimes at home, no signal the entire length of Christmasville Road or Old Medina Road between Medina and Jackson. Their system structure is soooo slow. When retrieving your voice mails itís roughly a 10-15 second delay between each keystroke. You donít know if itís disconnected or what. If you call someone itís a 5-15 second delay before it will ever ring. I send texts and calls to people when I show a signal and people tell me they never get them. People tell me they send me the same and I never get them. I talked to MobileNation customer service and a manager about the issued and both were very rude and said I was stuck with the contract. Take my advice, Verizon is higher but they are top dog for a reason. You wonít mind paying more for better service and support once you go through a 3rd rate company like MobileNation.

You are so right. I live in Humboldt and had mobile nation...won't ever do that again. They say that you save money on ur bill...bullsht! Our bill for 2 phone lines was supposed to be 120 a month....wound up being over 200. That was just the first thing. They got cut off and I called to see how much it was gonna be and they said it was like 220 to get it cut back in....I told them I would be in to reconnect it and when I got there they done added charges to it. They said it was gonna be 359 to reconnect it. So I said screw it. I went and bought 2 straight talk phones and 2 cards...don't have a problem now. I don't recommend mobile nation to anyone. Unless u are hard up and want to get ripped off!!

I live n the country and got my phones and service cuz it was cheaper and sounded great. Got home and couldnt download anything off the internet. Tried to call mobile nation thinking there was a problem. Couldnt even call. Went to town later and like it's already been said ppl had called and text and i never received any of either. I agree as well .......verizon is the best service i have ever had

That is so true bout mobile nation they are not worth shit my mother has there phone and its a piece of crap we live in the country can't get signal sometimes she be talking on it and it cuts off so took it bk they so called said they fixed it they didn't fix shit just want ppl money straight talk is the way to go.

One look at the pamphlet with their service area defined and I knew it was not going to work in 90% of the places I work and travel daily. When I asked about all the areas not covered, they said it was 'coming'....yeah...I don't believe that one!
For the past year I've been using Straight Talk from Wal-Mart and it works very well. Their $30 a month plan gives you 1000 minutes of talk, 1000 texts, and more data than I will personally use. If you buy Straight Talk, make sure which service your phone is dedicated to. Their unlimited plan for Android Phones works off Sprint, so if you have trouble in your area with Sprint or AT & T coverage don't get that plan. My phone works off Verizon and I've had no coverage issues any where I've been. Straight Talk also has NO contract, it's month-to-month and there is no way to overspend. Do your homework and don't get taken!!

Yeah but ur service and the way u guys screw ur customers over shouldn't be taken lightly. Ppl ask me all the time, and I tell them to stay away from that service. The only thing u have going fr ur Co, is the phones. They are decent phones, but I swear I will never use mobile nation again. Clear talk is better than yall. That's saying alot considering clear talk sucks too.

We swapped from Verizon on March because we wanted to save money and have unlimited service. Although, the signal in some areas we have been we ae completely satisfied! I am quite sure Mobile Nations signal strength and service area will increase as time goes by. For the money Mobile Nation is serving my needs just fine!

Switched a few months ago and so far so good. Traveled as far as Houston TX with no problems, a few dead spots but the person that was with me has Verizon and was the same. Lowered my bill by half. Not to mention already had to use the insurance to replace a water damaged phone with no problems. I plan on sticking with them.

I previously had Sprint and Verizon plans. My bills with both companies were rediculously high. I tried. Clear Talk, No Thanks! I now have Straight Talks Android phone and I am quite happy. I have used them out of state and they work grey. My wife has an Android from Straight. TALK as well. The only problem I have experienced was my fault as an inexperienced smart phone user. I say Straight. Talk I'd a safe alternative to the big name services with the. SAME features and better performance.

Pulease! I sold that POS phone n I won't be calling anyone at mobile nation. Smh!! It's sad u have to be on here defending this BS. Don't u have better things to do than worry bout us saying how horrible yall are. Freedom of speech n ur not changing my mind.

i am very disappointed in my service with mobl nation, i cant wait until my contract is over so i can switch back to verizon. i tried talking to my son with all signal bars showing and in 10 minutes i had 5 dropped calls trying to talk to him, i tried sending pictures to family members and they would not go through, half my texts go through, my daughter cant hear me on my phone and i can get my company verizon phone ande call her and she hears me fine. i cnat get on face book because it says connection lost, cant get on internet, i took the insurance out and had to file a claim, they sent me a down graded phone that doest work half the time. i tried calling a moble nation phone and never get in touch with anyone, went to moble nation store to complain and the manager handed me a piece of paper and wanted me to keep track when my calls are dropped, i dont have that kind of time, never had to do that with other services, i am very disappointed with this service and i tell everyone not to go to moblnation.

After reading this post I've decided not to go with Mobile Nation. I've been wanting a phone upgrade for awhile now, MobileNation sounded like a good deal, but after reading, I think I'll just stick with ATT.

WHATEVER!!!!! Mobile Nation is a crock!! I'm stuck in a 2 year contact with 2 lines....both phones have had the charger receptacle to disintegrate and I've had to replace both, with a $75 replacement fee. When it happened a 3rd time, I told them that it HAD to be a manufacturer error, the phone was flawless other than the charging area. AFTER TALKING WITH 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, I finally find out that that model of phone had a recall on it and they would replace it for free, after the fact that I'm already out $150 on replacing the previous phones. THIS WAS BULL SH*T!!!!! Can't wait to get out from under this contract and I am warning everybody I know, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! POOR RECEPTION AND EVEN POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I also switched to mobile nation after being an AT&T customer for 10+ years to save money. They made a good pitch and I was sucked in.. Service is awful... I live in town so USUALLY I can make and recieve calls and texts but its slow.. And the Internet is awful! 90% of the time, I get "network unavailable" And my "new" phone I paid $200 for?? Yea its not freakin new! It shuts off and freezes alllll the time! So what if its all unlimited if I cant even use it? I will be going back to AT&T or Verizon ASAP! And I tell ANYONE who asks about Mobile Nation to run the other way!

You got to be kidding! I was told to call the Customer Service *611. It was a joke! First of all, while I was trying to talk to the CS rep, he kept saying, "Sir, You're breaking up"... Guess what? Call lost!
I've tried using the email service as well, little to no response. They say they will give the information to a Financial Services person and have them call you back because "they are not in today"... Guess what, you never hear back!
