Ive been to this Practice for a couple years and ive always been rushed Dr. Hoang. In my recent visit in particular she claimed my insurence didnt not cover more that one symptom at a time? Which I thought was rediculous. I felt as if she was more concerned about the insurence rather than my health. She proceeded by rushing me through a physical. And leaving the room quickly I didnt not see anyone in 20 mins when her assistant finally walked in.

Usually my visits are fast, but receptionist are rude and the doctor will not see you for more than one reason at a time.

Nice office, great staff, and thankfully... a fantastic doctor. I have several times come in without an appointment due to high blood pressure, and never turned away.

Thank you Dr Hoang for being my doctor and making me stay on my plan to keep my blood pressure under control and staying healthy. Oh, I have lost 12 pounds to boot....yeah!!

Worst doctorís visit ever. I have put up with this doctor for years; I should have left long ago. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Today I asked for a refill for the anxiety medicine, and she said, that if I was "asking" for it, then I must be addicted to it. She then told me that she "Doesn't trust me" with anxiety medicine, because I might overdose and kill myself, and then she would have to go to court. She threw a long winded tantrum, and made all kinds of really dumb analogies, treating me like I was in elementary school. I have a masterís degree in mechanical engineering with honors with an academic scholarship - I am not dumb. In the past, I have once had alcohol the night before a liver test, and my AST and ALT levels were high. I havenít had a drink in over a week. Because of that one test I had months ago, she implied that I was an alcoholic. In 8 weeks she has made me come to her office 8 times - someone is making a lot of money.
What hurt the most is that I am suffering from depressing, and she said 1) You are an addict,) She implied that I was an alcoholic,(and she actually smiled as she said that), 3) She told me that she doesn't trust me, 4) Even though I have had the anxiety medicine before (she prescribed it), she won't anymore - so I have a doctor who won't help me with my anxiety problem. And no tapering of the medicine, just a cold stop on the anxiety medicine. I am going to be a wreck until I find a doctor who will treat me for my anxiety.

I have few more things to add:
Worst doctorís visit ever. I have put up with this doctor for years; I should have left long ago. I suffer from four things: depression, anxiety, high cholesterol, and trouble sleeping. Today I asked for a refill for the anxiety medicine, and she said, that if I was "asking" for it, then I must be addicted to it. She then told me that she "Doesn't trust me" with anxiety medicine, because I might overdose and kill myself, because then she would have to go to court and might lose her license. She seemed a lot more worried about her going to court and losing her license than me dying. Then she threw a long winded tantrum, and made all kinds of analogies, treating me like I was in elementary school. I have a masterís degree in mechanical engineering with honors and an academic scholarship - I am not dumb. In the past, I once had had alcohol the night before a liver test, and my AST and ALT levels were high. I havenít had a drink in over a week. Because of that one test I had months ago, she implied that I was an alcoholic. In 8 weeks she has made me come to her office 8 times. It seems like she is more interested in making money and protecting herself, than helping her patients.
What hurt the most is that I am suffering from depressing, and she said 1)ďI donít trust youĒ, 2) She then implied that I was an alcoholic,(and she literally smiled as she said that!), 3) She told me that that I was an addict (but not what for), 4) Even though I have had the anxiety medicine before (she prescribed it herself), she won't anymore. So I have a doctor who won't help me with my cholesterol or anxiety problems. 5) My doctor actually mocked me, when I couldn't relate a long medical name with its function - I have had 10 new prescriptions with long names, and she literally made fun of me, because I couldn't remember them all. I have a cheat sheet I made that relates the long technical names to the function of the medicine, but I didnít have it on my person at the time.
I go to doctors for help and support, not to be insulted, accused, criticized or denied treatment. I have never met a more selfish doctor in my life (and I am 48 years old). So, now I am without ANY cholesterol medicine or anxiety medicine. And I was treated like a moron. Some people donít actually have the grace to help those in need. And I am in need.

I'm so frustrated. I am new to the area and need a provider for my diabetic needs. Ms Hoang was very impersonal order lab work and left. Took weeks to get those results and then they called and wanted me to pay for another visit just to get my results. Finally the office called and told me that I need to see a specialist for my diabetes when the provider assured me that she would treat my blood sugars. Money hungry and unprofessional.
