Small town,hmmmmmm..........I think they will fire him and that will be all. Unless one of the accusers has some pull in town this cop will get a slap on the wrist and go somewhere else and do this again.

They already fired him, he was sh** canned after the first problem, and NO he cant be a police officer somewhere else I would call this a crime of moral turpetude and you cant be a police officer anywhere in the state of oklahoma. Dont you find it conveneint that these women are just now deciding to say something. BS Patrol. Plus I would definetly be suing for more than 10000.00 who did they hire as an attorney ELmer Fudd. Good luck id say there white trash looking for an easy payoff.

If you'd read before running your mouth it says MORE THAN $10,000.00 I prepare court documents all day long and that's the standard used in Oklahoma. You don't put your exact amount, just more than $10,000.00. Officer's of the Law are held to a higher standard than citizens. They are there to protect and serve, not use a badge for their own purposes. Yes I work for a law firm, but before that I spent 15 years in law enforcement and have great respect for the job they do and have many friends who are wonderful officers.

I think that first sentence should be running your fingers. Most people do not speak what they are typing.

The reporter should have mentioned the fact that Hulbert fired this police officer right after the alleged incident. He is no longer "a Hulbert police officer," or "one of Hulbert's finest."

I agree with discusted. I get tired of police tailgating me on the highway at 70-75 then when i get over they take off like they are shot out of a cannon. No law for the law providers!

This is great! It couldn't have happened to a more lousy police department. They have a history of being a speed trap (Hulbert is listed on several nationwide speed trap sites), harassment and corruption. I have to drive through that town at least once a month and I hate it! It's a nice little town that's been tainted by their police department.

Word, a friend of mine who works in a neighboring police department told me they were bad about stopping the hot ladies who just came from the river in order to get a look at them.
I can picture these cops looking a tad like Reno 911!

Does it matter?? If those girls were LOW-life? Does it matter if they said, I will do this for a less sentence??? No it doesn't Protect and Serve... Ya rite. This happens all over.. Alot of cops are GOOD guys but over half are not! My ex got in trouble as a youngster- marijuana the next day - he went to the cops son and got all of the stuff back. Then the cop came over to him and told him- "Boy when you turn 18, you better not be here" If they are in unmarked cars, how are we suppose to no if we should pull over???

Lt. Dangle. That's funny. And hot ladies coming from the river? I am picturing hot chicks emerging from water. I guess they probably do look nice with their wet tshirts on.

Anywho, Bones, I posted my name again.

Hulbert has a lot of small town problems, the Police are just the tip of the iceberg, Nationally known for it's speed trap and kangroo court. It has more theft in the area than any small town in Cherokee county.
