Good for XCel! The less we need foreign oil, the better off we'll be!

Too bad we don't have reserves enough to drill our own and actually influence the prices.

After resisting "green" technology for years, it is great to see Excel actually taking the lead.

Congratulations!!

Typical capitalist public relations strategy. Since there is a ban on using PCBs (polychlorinated biphenols)due to their toxic nature, options have been out there for more than 25 years. They need transformers and the only ones available now are cooled with environmentally friendlier fluids, and besides, I'm sure that in this republican regime's recent energy policy/bill there's some serious coin to be applied to help decrease xcel's taxes paid and that my friends is the rest of the story!
