They should have left Hugo with the charm it did have.

Not make another eyesore suburb like Maplewood.

you mean with the burned down building that was Carpenters?
Or the Antique store that was ready to tip over?
Or the burned out building that is Ricci's that never was resold or brought back?
Or the blighted building site to numerous calls to police known as the endzone?

What kind of state would call a city Hugo? We have nice sounding city names here in Florida. Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, etc. We would never call a town such a crass name like Hugo.

Nice name. Prefer Hugo to that Rat Hole Florida is.

Better than plastic crap Maplewood is now anyday. I've seen both for many many years
