Maybe no one cares, since the Met Council bring all cities in the 7 County Metro Area down to the lowest common denominator -- something approximating Brooklyn Center or the latest in crime inducing measures being actively promoted by Woodbury's Mayor/Developer.

As they say in the schools, until the kids born to crack addicted or alcoholic mothers must have the same grades as kids with 2 responsible parents, the non-abused kids will have to stop trying so hard. As George Bush and John McCain have taught us, failing grades are no impediment to future adult leadership.

Its amazing how people somehow seem to find a way to bash Bush in regards to any topic. Its time to give it a rest. Bush is not the root of all the problems with this country and has nothing to do with a real estate transaction in Washington County.

Now as for the article and the home values, BS If you tried to get that price you'd be the owner of that house for a long long time, too many homes to pick from at a much lower price, and still dropping.

People are lowering their standards a little an rightfully so, they don't want the biggest home anymore, I see the economy getting a lot worse before it gets better.
