Leave it to a liberal to tell people having a job is a narrow self interest. Leave it to a liberal to tell people that anything other than their own ideology is corrupt. American liberals are the most intolerant people on the face of the planet..except for maybe militant Muslims. Hopefully, while in Wyoming, Governor Martinez will be able to convince some oil and gas people to come back to New Mexico by promising not to abuse them the way Bill Richardson did.

Hey, you went first, hoss! Your boss still people they can't get married, employing wife and girlfriend beaters, and makin' up stories too?

You gonna use a swear word next, and have your only defense be it must be liberals swearing? Bet you a cps investigation might find your kids with funny, bleeding hemorrhoids too, eh? Maybe when Martinez slides out of office, she can defend you as your attorney?

Poverty is the largest cause of health problems, worldwide. Lack of good paying jobs is the largest cause of poverty. You do the math.
The only morons here are the ones who automatically assume that good paying jobs equal pollution.
None of the jobs you describe are good pauying when you figure in health care costs of the dying from being exposed to toxins, or the deformed kids, either.

I'm guessing you are one of those kids, since you think the only good job is a dirty job.

Hmmm...so it slowly plays out.
If you check her candidate expenditures and contributions report that are publicly available...you'll see she made a few trips to Colorado during her campaign. She did a lot of business in Colorado during her campaign...all the while claiming to want jobs for New Mexico. Matter of fact. I'd still like to know who she met in Beverly Hills, California at some steakhouse where she spent over $2,000 during the campaign.
Her interests have nothing to do with promoting New Mexico or trying to benefit the citizens of New Mexico her interests lie solely with Susana Martinez.
Ayn Rand is her God, which is the main reason the Catholic Church ex-communicated her.

Did you read the article? The state budget to furnish the governor's mansion was 62 grand. Governor Martinez did the whole thing for 26 grand. Saved the state over 35 grand. Good job governor Martinez! I approve!
Did you hear, Governor Martinez went to Florida too..something about the Republican convention?
You didn't include the follow up expenses, which exceeded that, including the kitchen and other things she bought. The part you mentioned is the normal move in cost, her costs since then have exceeded all of the people who were governor before her for the last 20 years put together.

But let's get back to Ashley Furniture...
http://www.furnituretoday.com/article/537085-...
Already discussed right? So we can agree that she bought furniture from this particular store. The question now is...
http://www.ashleyfurniture.com/WhereToShop/Wh...
So there's the exact same store in Albuquerque. Why then spend more money to travel to Las Cruces, and why spend more money to have the furniture shipped from Cruces to Santa Fe?
Would it have anything to do with a contribution during the campaign?
Public record Wanda Bowman of Ashley Furniture contributed $1,000 to Martinez. Look for yourself page 16:
https://cfis.state.nm.us/media/ReportsPreview...
Wanda Bowman - 4331 Superstition Dr., Las Cruces NM 88011
Ashley Furniture
$1,000.00
So to thank her Martinez not only buys $20,000 worth of furniture but also appoints her to a political position!
http://www.nmnn.net/press/gov121611.pdf
"Governor Martinez has made the following appointment to the Youth Conservation Corps Commission:
Wanda Bowman of Las Cruces"
http://www.emnrd.state.nm.us/YCC/documents/20...
Wanda Bowman
Chair
So by the evidence Wanda Bowman paid to play. Didn't Martinez campaign against that?

Oh, and I'm going with the trip to Louisiana being legal, rather than illegal. You have a habit of habit of making false accusations.
I could, for instance, state that it is possible that it's illegal for you to be on the internet, given your history with child stalking. But just because it's possible, doesn't mean it actually is. Or does it? That's how unfounded accusations work.
He was not a child stalker, that was Corndogz, your friend, and the First Baptist Church elders where you work, who had sex with their own kids, put it on flash drives with other kiddie porn, and gave it to the other elders. BTW, they all voted republican, too.

I'm sure you are already familiar with unfounded accusations. But, my comments came from the front page of the Monitor.

Texans must be smarter than New Mexicans..they're economy is way better than ours. They're education system is way better than ours. They're standard of living is higher than ours.
I guess that means we need more Texans to run things around here.
They used to be run by Democrats. It has steadily gone downhill since Bush 41 ran the state. We already have a Texan republican ruining things here permanently, we don't need more of them here ever at all.

Wow, for a Texan, you spend a lot of time researching New Mexico politics. You'd really flip if you knew how much Rick Perry spend to renovate the governor's mansion in your own state...but then, you don't have a personal ax to grind with him.
No matter. The article also states that Susana Martinez has been a customer of that store for years. Susana Martinez only works in Santa Fe and lives there as Governor, but doesn't live there full time. So why not shop in your hometown, where you've been shopping for years? I didn't see anything in the article about who paid for the shipping, but I would guess, having done business with Ashley as a store manage years ago, that on an order that large, Ashley paid the shipping themselves.
Could it also be that in a town like Cruces, Wanda Bowman and Susana Martinez are friends? Martinez might know Bowman's business experience, and she might trust her as a person. Thus, who are you going to appoint to positions? People you know and trust? It would be stupid not to. Whenever I ran, or managed, a company, I always hired and promoted people I knew and trusted.
Got something that indicates Wanda Bowman can't do the job? Please let us know!
Nice try. Leave political spinning to people who are better apt to do it.

First what's the title of this thread? So then posting anything about Rick Perry would not be the subject of this thread. How about YOU stick to the issues!

Second, that was truly weak. So then you would justify her supplying the offices with products from the store that she had been doing business with for years? The one that she got an ethical question over? She did it for years doing business with a company run by someone who worked with her...oh that's right you don't know a damn thing about ethics.

Third, sure you put people in position's that you trust. Wonderful, but in that kind of ignorance you;d place someone with no experience over someone more qualified all because you knew the one person better. So then you know how much of a failure they are, but you pick them because you trust them to fail. They'll perform better because you trust them? Um placing people in positions because of friendship smacks of cronyism.

Finally, take time to focus, regroup... Martinez isn't the person you are trying to make her to be. She has no class, no ethics, and no concern for you.

None of the money is going to anyone but the top, and the stats reflect that.

He's a republican. all of them bear false witness. Remember when Dubya said that one Texas school district led the nation in graduations, and when audited, they were the bottom, then Hannah Skamzera did the same thing, same lies?

They only lie. As Gov. Christie has said, the republicans are in their death throes, people are sick of the lies. Our economy is drying up, like Chuck's b*tt from his wife's strap on. NM state gov's always screwing us, they just never let us come.

Our food stamps are going to illegals, and not Americans, under the quirky new plan she and Sidonie (the drunk) Squier put in. Yep, the drunk. And the one of the biggest bueracrats in Florida that was working on the side for Skamzera's corporation had to step down ,after an audit showed he was lying too. Martinez hired her, because "it takes a convict to know a convict".

Skum, skumzera. That is who posts for Republicans, and the republican that runs this state. I long for the days of high labor and non-wh*re bueracrats who grew this state, like Richardson did. No one but con artists will miss Martinez once she leaves. She might even let chucko get a job again.

You can get day laborer jobs here, hoss. But interesting ,so Texas doesn't employ locals at all, just like Martinez eh? they let serial adulterers take communion too?
