Do you even attempt to study a topic outside of the liberal pond-scum media? You won't find any truth there. They're too busy covering Obamas back because if he falls so do they. Good bye viewers, goodbye market shares. And here are the ten "minimum" requirements under DisasterCare:
1. Ambulatory patient services
2. Emergency services
3. Hospitalization
4. Maternity and newborn care
5. Mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment
6. Prescription drugs
7. Rehabilitative and rehabilitative services and devices
8. Laboratory services
9. Preventive and wellness services and chronic disease management
10. Pediatric services, including oral and vision care
Now riddle me this; what the f**k do I need 4 and 5 for? I'm a male and I'm not mentally ill.(don't waste your time with jokes with that one).
And number 10. They add oral care (aka as dental insurance) to the mix? Most plans never covered dental as it was a separate add-on in most cases. People are losing their insurance plans left and right and still you think there will be a silver lining huh? I'll add this too, the Democrats just lost the next generation of elections and this law gets repealed in 2017. That's if we don't have armed insurrection first.
And why do people who don't have children need pediatric coverage? You might as well talk to your hand since pipester/bobby is clueless.

If you don't like what's offered on the exchanges, either by way of coverages or premiums, shop for and buy a policy you like off the exchange. Good luck with that. Just know, if you do, you won't be able to get subsidies even if you qualify. Its that simple. Your choice.

Who's signing up for Medicare at a rate of 5:1? Last I knew Medicare is for people 65 and older. Doesn't sound like you know much at all Dr. No. Maybe you better go back and study some more.

You don't like the pediatric requirement? Shop for and buy a policy off exchange. Your choice. Its that simple. Don't ask for a subsidy though, if you do. You won't get one.

Oops, my mistake. I meant medicaid not medicare. That still doesn't change the fact that most individuals are choosing medicaid over the exchanges. I wonder why?? The law is going down by its own hand. I have to go to bed now. I'm up way too late and I have to get up early tomorrow so I can work to pay YOUR way.

Its in the LAW a@@hole, always has been. Nothing in the law has been changed regardless what Obama may have said or didn't say. Get over it.
I'll fix the quote for you. Obama says, "If you have health insurance and you like your Drs and you like your plan {and your plan meets the minimum requirements under the law} you can keep your Doctor, you can keep your plan. Nobody is talking about taking that away from you." There you go. How's that?
You get a 6-week extension to get your fat azz signed up. Do it or die in an emergency room. If you don't want to end up in a paupers grave, advance pay for your funeral and just STFU.
It's not my quote you altered, you moron, it's the jackass's you voted for!

That pretty sums up the entire progressive movement. Some little submissive, low-info, low income, class-envy fixated Michigan dirtstick has to come out and amend Obama's lies because the anti-Amerian-In-Chief doesn't feel the need to be bothered with telling We The People the truth.

Good little progressive parrot, Polly. See how much care you'll get from your government with that cracker.

I'm shocked!

For the first time in the history of this country.... A politician said one thing, and it turned out to be something different.

To show my support with the GOTP, I refuse to vote for this president again!

You really sound like someone who has been working in the system for a long time hey just do this just do that. I for one hate the system its a nightmare where some prefer to live they are numbed to waiting for handouts and vouchers and will riot to get scraps if they get anything at all. Face it the president lied again and again..

40 Million people, many of them young and healthy, who are uninsured for whatever reason, will be buying insurance on the exchanges.
So far that hasn't proven to be the case and polls suggest it will continue to be the case; the young and healthy are holding back on signing up and those that have managed to get through and sign up so far are the sickest and unhealthiest that figure premiums will be less than what they're paying now. Now let's see if you can do the math or if you're a total tard in this respect as well; when the exchange is mostly filled with sick people drawing more money in benefits than is being paid in, what happens next?
Obamacare. Flames. Going down.

Eventually it will fail, but that's likely what the progressives want to happen. Once enough people are dependent and invested into government health care, with little if any options for an alternative health insurance plan, the democrats will roll out Single Payer as the miracle plan that will save the day!! "Mission Accomplished".

Just remember as you see all this smoke and mirrors crap unfold, the progressives' ultimate goal is to shove Single Payer Health Care down the throats of Americans, one of the pillars in breaking our free society and making us completely dependent on the government. They will stop at nothing to get their way and thanks to little anti-American radical morons like Pipedream and Bob, and low-info, race-fixated submissives like Go Blue, they have their voting cattle herded up and in line.

How can you argue with such a deep thinking mind.

I guess it would depend on whether its on the windy or lee side of that island instead of on the right/left side of an aisle. Let's not even mention the part about how the poster mates with his/her facts!

Let's just shut down the government and refuse to raise the debt limit. The way to prosperity is paved by the party that embraces their type!

We know...your party would rather continue to teach fisting to children. That way the path to debauchery can be paved by the party of degenerates that embrace their type.

There are enough states running their own exchanges to prove that, once again, the government needs to stay the eff out of it because they're incapable of handling something that complex. That alone should be enough to prove that a single payor system would be just as much of a train wreck as we see unfolding at healthcare.ineptgov.com . We need healthcare reform, but the government taking over is not the kind of reform needed.

Newsflash there pipester, I don't qualify for a subsidy in any case. So perhaps when your employer finally realizes their policy doesn't comply, you should try the exchanges yourself and see what you can find. then perhaps you might have some valid information instead of fuzzy math and Obama BS to fling around.

Exactly right. If you have health insurance that meets the minimum standards, you can keep the one you have and the Drs you like.
Catostrophic or other b.s. insurance policies that screw policy holders AND tax payers don't make the grade -- and rightfully SHOULD NOT -- for good reason. If you want to take advantage of govt. subsidies then you have to buy a police that meets minimum standards.
Go bark and moon and chase your tail O-no-balls. The vast majority of Americans will benefit from PP/ACA, despite minor delays during the roll-out.
Just for the fun of it I'm reposting what Obama said...
“Let me be exactly clear about what health care reform means to you,” Obama said at one rally in July 2009.“First of all, if you’ve got health insurance, you like your doctors, you like your plan, you can keep your doctor, you can keep your plan. Nobody is talking about taking that away from you.”

Please show everyone where in that statement Obama sets the expectations of or explains the "minimum standards" requirement.
