Thats right lil Stinker. Its the law. Congress passed it, and the SCOTUS upheld it, And its withstood 47 attempts by the baggers to repeal or defund it.

And how about this? If the insurer didn't tell their client what the ramifications were if they bought the JUNK policy (YES IT WAS JUNK OR THE INSURER WOULD NOT BE CANCELLING IT) AFTER the law went into effect, who's fault is that? Or how about if the insurer did tell their client it was JUNK and that it would be cancelled Dec. 31, 2013 and the client still bought it, then who's fault is that?

See Lil Stinker, you're wrong again on all counts. You can't have it both ways. The law is the law right?

Hey douchemouth...if the POLICYHOLDER likes their policy, what right does the government have to pass a law that forces insurance companies to quit offering it because it doesn't cover stupid shit that the POLICY HOLDER may not even need or want? I guess you missed the reports where POLICY HOLDERS state that they were quite happy with the coverage they had. Not surprising with your selective vision and all.
Take you, for example...since no living thing on the planet would touch you, you wouldn't need maternity coverage or birth control for that matter and yet you are forced to have a policy that covers both at extra cost to you. On the other hand...the rest of the world can breath a sigh of relief that voluntary sterilizations would be covered for you.

Wrong, douchemouth. The only reason insurance companies are having to cancel policies is because they don't cover one or more things mandated by Obamacare. Things that they may not want or need. You have yet to explain to me why a 70 year old couple needs birth control, maternity coverage, pediatric coverage and pediatric immunizations since they're incapable of having children at that age.
For that matter, why does a single male need any of that coverage or coverage for a yearly gynecological exam and mammogram?
You really are stuck on stupid, aren't you?

Is that all you got a$$hole the bagger talking points about why someone should be required to have coverages they MAY not need. How about this? Someone else MAY never need mental health coverage that YOU so desperately need. The law requires insurers to offer that. They may never cost the insurer a dime, but you cost them a million because you require round the clock care in a mental institution. That individual or family whose required to have mental health coverage but doesn't use it pays for you. I guess it all evens out right Mouth? BTW that's the nature of ANY insurance. Its called the cost benefits of a LARGE POOL and its the most effective way of doing business. You should take some courses in the basics insurance, statistics or risk management. Probably didn't have any of that available though when you were home schooled?

I have a better idea. Why don't you just STFU and just accept that you're too stupid to know any different.

Wrong again a@@hole on 3 counts. First, the policies that were cancelled -- Almost ALL of them -- were cancelled because they were JUNK and offered and purchased AFTER the ACA was signed into law. Secondly, a 70 year old -- in fact anyone 65 or older -- would be covered under Medicare, a totally different insurance program.

To answer your absurd point regarding the single male -- I already told you to take a basic course on insurance fundamentals, risk management, or statistics and you'll understand why the law was written the way it was.

Like I said, you have 5 choices. Choose one. Then STFU. Nobody cares about your lame excuses and whining. The ACA is not going away, no matter how much you hate Obama because he's black and lives in the White House.

Supplemental policy. Look it up and get educated.
How about about a 60 year old couple? Same scenario and too young for Medicare.

Here's why a lot of young, healthy people are NOT signing up for Obamacare This quote pretty much sums it all up:“We don’t have that money. We can barely afford books.”

If they don't get a minimum number of applicants registered, the program will go belly up in a matter of months because there are more sick people drawing benefits than there are $$ coming in. They are so far behind on enrollment at this point, they can't even meet their own goals and yet the dictator wannabe keeps refusing to budge. The arrogance of the dbag party of degenerates will be its downfall.

No, wrong again A@@hole. Young people will be buying insurance, families who didn't or couldn't have it before will by buying insurance AND the ACA is not going down in flames. SS or Medicare didn't go down in flames despite the opposition from the right, neither will ACA. Maybe you will be going down in flames though. Go ahead, MOUTH, roll the dice. Go without insurance. Nobody cares what you do. Pay for office calls, treatments, prescriptions, hospitalization, etc yourself. It will only take a couple times, and you'll become a believer. That's guaranteed.

Dream on A@@hole. You'll have a real Policy sooner than you think, or you'll decide to go without and be paying out your own aZZ. I'm smiling. Karma!

1. Try and keep your junk health policy (it was junk or the insurance company would not be cancelling it);

2. buy one from the insurer that meets the standards;

3. shop for one on the exchange;

4. go with out(and assume all the inherent risks that goes with that).

5. Try to get hired by an employer that offers a par plan.

Its that simple lil stinker. What don't you understand about that?

Never mind don't even try to explain that.

I already know you're too stupid to understand it.
It is very sad to see you humiliate yourself poledancer. You defiantly are one of the low information voters headed to the slaughter house after you get your quick sip of KoolAid. It really is terrible to think that people like you exist in this country.

Pipester, here are a couple of questions for you.

1. Is your insurance going to be canceled?

2. Are you going to sign up for Obamacare?

3. If you answered no to either or both, why are you concerned? Don't worry about all those poor saps who don't have insurance. The most important thing to remember is that you still have it.

For now he has insurance. Once the policy he has is evaluated for "minimum standards" he's gonna be crying like a baby and assuming the fetal position because he's gotta use the ACA and will be subject to sticker shock. And we will continue to laugh at his silly rants.
