Oh...and insurers have no choice but to follow the law...
And how about this? If the insurer didn't tell their client what the ramifications were if they bought the JUNK policy (YES IT WAS JUNK OR THE INSURER WOULD NOT BE CANCELLING IT) AFTER the law went into effect, who's fault is that? Or how about if the insurer did tell their client it was JUNK and that it would be cancelled Dec. 31, 2013 and the client still bought it, then who's fault is that?
