I am thinking of "Springtime for Hitler" by Mel Brooks, only this is not so funny; the current governor of Michigan and his Secretary of State are slowy but surley taking away your individual rights through emergency managers and the Secretary of State's analysts; they are both members of the Republican Party, which does not bode well for the party. When the governor of Michigan can set aside the outcome of elections, and then say that this is for the benefit of the citizens of Michigan, then this is exactly how Adolph Hitler got started; when the current Secretary of State can advocate citizens spying on one another because she tells the sleeping citizens of Michigan that she knows best as to how they should lead their lives, then this is exactly how Adolph Hitler got started; there are more hate groups on the internet than one could imagine, and the governor and Secretary of State in Michigan are not exactly going in the opposite direction.
