So you want to regulate a weed like a synthetic mass market drug company's cash cow? How about we just legalize it all together and keep the government out of the mommy and daddy business and keep the profits in the working mans hand, the growers and farmers? There is no need for the drug companies and cigarette companies to control the pot industry and absorb all the profits, not when it can go into the hands of small business owners.
