Okay look people...i personally knew brad. He was my Young Life leader, he was a very good man and a very fun one to, you guys go on and on about how you think that its wrong that the news puts it on the website before the family knows..wrong they knew. I actully had a Young Life meeting last night, when he didnt show up we got worried. Our other Young Life Leaders stayed after and tried to figure out what happend and we all found out this morning. Me as a high school student i wouldnt dream of dieing so young, but brad did and it is not a good thing but at least he is not in any pain. My Thoughts are with His Family

There is no easy way to find out that someone you care about has passed away. The family is in so much shock that they could not possilby call everyone. To have friends, neighbors ect pass the sad news along so that everyone knows can be a good thing, I dont use facebook but is it not away for friends and family to talk, update and get info out. By the time the news report was out the whole street they live on was filled with supporters. As for the news they gave the basics that needed to be given, not for people to complain about typo's and how fast the news hit, so next time you people who complain about such stuff - take a moment and pray for the families that this involves, just think about all the people praying for this family who do not know them because the sad news was passed on to them in some format. Pray for this family - they lost a CHILD. Life is to short to complain about little stuff. My prayers are with this family/friends.

Wow, so many immature and angry responses. A life is gone. The driver will live with awful memories for her entire life now and the family of Brad have an irreplacable part of their hearts gone. Nobody wins, everyone ends up broken and eternally changed following something of this nature. I'm sorry for the pain they must all endure now and the loss of their loved one.

What about the lady and her child who were in the SUV, how do you think that she feels? This will be with her for ever. What is wrong with you people? Yes it is very sad and my heart goes out to the boys family, but think about the lady and her child who could of died too!! She is hurting right now and not one person says anything about her. She needs prayers and suport too and who cares if people can not type right, are you all perfect?? Life is short so live it like it is your last day, quite picking on everyone and look at your own selves. Think if it was you?

RIP, Brad.
SUV? What doest that have anything to do with it?
Should they outlaw Semi's too?
This is a damn shame that this happened, but he would 100% still be alive if he did not pull out in front of the SUV. I am glad the mother and son are okay, I feel for them as well.
