Congress can stopped the forclosure problem real easy. Its so simple. Senator Levin can make motion like this
"a motion to stop all forclosures in the United States of America effective immediately this includes tax forclosures, mortgage, and the homowner can remain in their domiciles indefinetly" Hoekstra could 2nd that motion.
A roll could be taken. Any congressmen voting no should then be recalled by the voters.
case closed problem solved!

This is a brillant idea... while we are at it, why don't we get rid of money and credit all together, everyone should just get what ever they want, oh wait, we already have that for some people.. its called welfare. Oh what a life that would be!!

Google 5/3 Bank & mortgage fraud!!! WOW!!! Nice such a nice bank after all. THe "Community Bank" is not so, centered on the community their community it serves!!!
How many other people are having probles with this bank in relationship to their mortgage departmwent? Watch out for the illegal foreclosures with this bank!!! If you are thinking about getting a mortgage PLEASE research this bank prior to signing on the dotted line. Believe me, this will be the best advise someone can give you about a fraudulent bank!!! Stay clear from these PIGS!!! Check out to see why the FBI was on their case in Ohio.
Good Luck with anyone dealing with this bank on their home mortgage!!! God Bless!!!
