If the neighbors story changed that makes me wonder if the detectives did not do enough follow up anywhere on the case before it went to a judge...
Thats what im thinking too. This whole thing is crazy anyway but there seems to be a lot of missing information and story changing on every ones part if I remember correctly even the brother/son of the victims. When somthing like this happends I understand that there is some shock involed that can cause you to forget some things as small as what time it was and what you said word for word but your story should be somewhat the same. Not completly different more than once. I also think that a GF/BF shouldnt be aloud to take the stand. You know they will say whatever they can to help out the one that "love".

I agree with the fact that Troy did this 100%, however, I do believe there is someone or something else involved. I personally dont think Troy just decided to go back after so many years and do this. I whole heartedly believe there is more to this story...Hopefully it will all come out during the trial!! Prayers to the Zimmer, Tolar and Brown families!!!

I agree, If I had someone in my face demanding answers about activities 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1-2 months ago, it would take me a while to think about it.
I also agree with you on a bf/gf not testifying in regards to a loved one. They don't let spouses do it, right?
Granted they are not married it doesn't mean they didn't love each other the same!

I don't understand why you think Rob's story has changed. He has never even made a public statement so how would you know what his story was prior to today's testimony?

But does he really love his girl friend? If he loved her, then do you go out with hookers?(Does his sister believe that he could possibly date hookers?) Its gonna be an interesting trial and hard for Troy's sister.

If these are the type of witnesses the prosecution is gonna call they better acquit Troy now cause they didn't help the prosecution at all. The neighbor only confirmed that the Zimmers liked to party, were loud and annoying, & they put up a privacy fence solely because of this. Also, were concerned with someone from the Zimmer house shooting at him while repairing the fence that the Zimmers caught on fire previously.

Troy's lawyer should have called the neighbors as witnesses for them. Rob Zimmer more than helped Troys defense also.

I think if they got a house together then there was love there, whether it is still or less or whatever - I cannot answer. For all we know she may not love him anymore for hooking up with hookers!
What I am sure of is that this is hard for all families involved.

What makes me curious is why was Troy a suspect just after he got into trouble for the hookers? He wasn't a suspect early on and it didn't matter that he lived next door until the whole hooker thing anyway!
That's coincidental to me!

Even with all that being said the murder weapon belonged to Troy. The Zimmers may or may not have been the most upstanding citizens, but they did not deserve to get murdered.

I'm sure the judge will decide if there is probable cause for a trial. The truth will win out.

Wait wait! The neighbors said that they were concerned with being shot at by the Zimmers while he fixed his fence?! The Zimmers set fire to the fence?
What's up with that?

Maybe he was a suspect. The .40 glock just made him THE suspect.

Maybe, but Sam may be on to something. If I am remembering correctly wasn't Troy arrested almost 3 weeks after the fire? If he was a suspect I would think they would have investigated him before that.

Yes, the neighbor said to his wife, "watch my back, I don't know if they'll shoot me". Then the prosecutor tried playing it off suggesting the husband was joking and the wife said, "No, he was serious"

And yes the husband was going out to repair his fence that had gotten caught on fire from a Zimmer party.

I think they have the wrong person. Troy Brake is no angel, but I believe Jax had something to do with the murders. The wrong person will hang for this and the real person will get away with murder. The cops are way too eager to blame someone for this awful murder.
i really hate jax and i wish she would to pison too, but im sure he did it! How do u explain his gun putting his bullet throuh my families bodies, but say it wasnt him?
