It may be that someone may deserve being punched in the nose but you again oddly fail to mention that that is assualt plain and clear. Good thing the father wasn't armed huh?
Seems as though Zimmerman would want to keep his name out of the news considering he was scared for his life during the trial. He seems to be keeping his name IN the news for some odd reason. I don't pick the articles the media chooses to print but I do read them and comment when I feel it worthy.
Meh...doesn't say who threw the first punch. The only reason this domestic dispute is even IN the news is because the media can't let the fact that he was found not guilty go.
So...had the FIL been packing heat and shot Zimmerman, would you NOW be saying it was justified self defense? You implied that you would. If so, why was it NOT self defense when Zimmerman was having his head bashed against a sidewalk?

Oh ok it's the media's fault again! The media made him threaten his ex wife and smash her iPad to erase evidence! What ever happened to responsibility with your types? George did these things not the goddamn media! Apologists are flocking to this pile of turd left and right. Did the media make him attack a cop too a few years back? Your boy Georgie Pordgy is going to pay for his temper, either by sitting in a jail cell or laying in a coffin. And it looks like it won't be very long.

1. He's not "my boy". 2. Clean up your language. You talk like a sewer. 3. When did I say the media "made him do it"? 4. If you can't comprehend that the media stalks people just looking for stuff, it's your problem Arctic, not mine.

But wait,.... in the past you've said that "Huffpo" is NOT a credible source. Go figure.
I guess for you flip flopping liberals, it just depends on which Huffpo article you agree with if it's dependable or not.
Good call!

OK...I'll address one thing at a time here.
Let's start with "who threw the first punch".
I'm not aware there was an exchange of punches.
Where did you get this information?
The only mention of any punches thrown were of your hero "Z" punching an older man...the FIL.
Or were you just trying to change the tune by interjecting a non-issue?

Keep in mind that the same person who said,'he punched my dad' also said,'he had a gun' which was a lie. Interesting how you still choose to believe the former when we already know the latter was a lie. Do you really expect the media to publish a fair and unbiased report? Interesting how the wife says he punched her dad but the guy who supposedly got punched is silent and...no charges are being filed. lol...you can't really be that naïve.

You don't know he didn't have a gun. How do you know he didn't have a gun on his person or that he even didn't show it during this incident? The police said they didn't search his truck. So he could have had a gun tucked away on his person or in the vehicle all the time he was acting tough and talking big. What kind of a f*ck Head are you? You don't know a d#mn thing about this except what's in your t-bagger full-o-crap pin head. Why don't you crawl back in your little hole and just keep your big mouth shut?

I'm not naive at all, I'm apparently smarter than you however. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the sudden silence and change of stories (after the attorneys arrived) was clearly due to her wanting a piece of his money he's trying to get back from the courts. It would not help his case at all if he were to be arrested. Her divorce filings are surely seeking half of all their combined assets and she waited until after he filed with the court to get it.
That was easy.

As far as the liars involved here...let's see, it was George who got caught directing his wife to hide his money before the bail hearing. It was George who obviously planted the seed for her to lie about his money. George also lied about his finances. It was George who lied about his knowledge of the SYG laws. And yet you believe him and defend him like he's some kind of a saint.
Nieve?? Not me.

No gun?? You are kidding right? He's claimed to fear for his life, he wanted and got another gun after the trial, he's been pulled over twice for speeding and BOTH times had a gun in his vehicle. Anyone with half a brain know that he's always near a weapon. There was time for him to put it in his vehicle before the cops arrived and they did not search his vehicle. Why?? Because the attorneys on the scene talked his wife out of pressing charges because of the money she stood to lose.
That was easy...

Now for the second part...
You are trying to compare apples to oranges. The event leading up to each situation was totally different. Zimmerman was stalking/following Martin. Martin knew he was being followed and could very well have become fearful for his safety and had every right to confront the person following him with lethal force. He didn't have a knife or a gun so his only weapon was his fists. Unfortunately, the prosecuter decided to try Zimmerman for the wrong offense, therefore he was aquited.

On the other hand, when Zimmerman struck the FIL, the FIL would certainly have been within his rights to pop Zimmerman. That would be outright assualt. The silence surrounding this incident involves money. How else do you think those attorneys are going to get paid? They need all the Zimmermans to stay silent until after they win the judgement against the courts.

Even though an attorney may argue in a courtroom against another attorney, they frequently socialize outside the courtroom and are looking out for eachother's interests...in this case over $300,000. Think about it.

The jury was never presented with the theory that Martin also had a right to stand his ground because the prosecuter chose a different route which is why they aquited.

Try to get your information straight before making a totally incoherent, unrelevant statement.

Because the prosecutor knew from the getgo that it was a ludicrous position to present. Of course, the jury did actually consider it during their deliberations anyway....and rejected the idea.

Thank you for posting an article that supports EXACTLY what I've been saying...
Quote "Jurors also didn’t have all the court instructions for self-defense cases. The judge withheld instructions that the jurors could have used to determine that Zimmerman was an “initial aggressor,” a finding that could have denied him a self-defense defense."

That was easy...obviously you are also not informed about who was the "initial aggressor"...

Well now, just whom do you think talked him out of pressing charges? An attorney.

That was easy...

You continue to refuse to address the fact that George is ALSO a LIAR...why is that??

Thank you for proving that you only read what you want to see. This quote from the last page of the article says it all:
“Right. Well, because of the heat of the moment and the Stand Your Ground,” she said.“He [Zimmerman] had a right to defend himself. If he felt threatened that his life was going to be taken away from him or he was going to have bodily harm, he had a right.”

Check and mate. See ya.
