Apparently my missing inlaws have been tracked to Hudson,Wi.. Their names are Robert Walter(Bob) and Ginger Lee Mathisen. They are currently wanted by the DA's office out of Portland Oregon.See some intersesting news about them by pulling up Robert Mathisen Auctioneer in Google. They are staying with and being hidden by Jared Mathisen.They enjoy Friday night Fish Fry at the sportsman and a drink at Dicks Bar and Grill or Dibbo's.If you see them please call the police and let them know their whereabouts. Hudson is TOO NICE of a town for these corrupt people.

Jared's a really smart guy, so I'm not surprised that they haven't been caught. I think Jared is now wanted by officials in Oregon. I saw his picture on the Internet as a "person of interest." I remember him telling me his dad was a "minister." What a joke! I'm glad Darryl did the right thing.

I don't think Darryl has ever done the right thing. He only did that to save himself.

I beg to disagree AIM- Jared's not all that smart. He's too much of a hothead and a loud mouth. I do agree with ARM - Darryl was only being self serving, and if they ever catch up with Jared, don't think for one minute that he won't roll over too. The whole pack is a bunch of grifters.

No photos, but I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't been back in town now and then. Rumor at the time was that his GF was pregnant.

and btw, i heard he doesnt even believe that she had it. what an ass. i saw a picture of her.

and jared is NOT all that smart, come on. he just followed his parents when they left and is nothing but a big baby.

and darryl was definitely only serving himself. why did it take him so long to give them up?

Actually, I don't know any of you - let's just say that I'm the one who was on the front page of the newspaper when they brought the stuff back from Chicago.
Agreed - Jared is a big baby and Ginger still spoon feeds him, and yes, he's a class A a**h*le and is just the type to abandon a pregnant woman.Of course Ginger put on quite the act of being such a loving grandma then she turned her back on Ryan's kids. Real grifters - the whole bunch. They deserve each other.

I don't know any of you either, including CINDY and ARM. I saw a photo that I thought was Jared and googled his name, or maybe Bob's, I don't remember, and I stumbled on this forum. I didn't realize any of this was going on until I read what you all had written. I was being sarcastic when I said he was a "smart guy" but I guess my sarcasm didn't come across. My bad. If some of you know where the family is, why aren't you giving them up? It makes me especially sick to think of the type of people that the Mathisen's preyed upon....elderly people needing to liquidate their estates to pay for assisted living. I'd love to see them all behind bars.

ANM - I have always felt sorry for you having to go through all this. It just isn't fair. It is my understanding that your grandma didn't even say good-bye to you or send any birthday or Christmas cards since then to let you know she cared. That angers me and I am sincerely sad for you...

yeah well its really not in her hands, my grandpa is the one controlling the situation...he would be really really mad at her if she contacted us.

I am also one of the grandkids.
I agree with ANM, i think that Ginger was a true loving person.
But i dont think that all the blame should go to Bob.
Theyre both responsible in their own way.

The sad truth is that after having one of thier grandchildren- ignored for 6 years- and then ask for help is pathetic. My own husband has no relationship with his brother ryan and his children- let alone even having parents-talk all you want- we helped them when they said they had to close the buisness, by finding them jobs and housing- feeding them -paying bills and for perscriptions, what anyone would do for a parent- found out what they were into and then turned them in. If you all think Bob and Ginger and Jared care about who they hurt- you are kidding yourselves. We lost several thousands of dollars- which in turn is nothing when you realize that this set of parents has lost real value- that of love-respect and the ability to enjoy a life with their grandchildren- at least the ones that they felt like having a relationship with. Ryan- your brother would love to have a relationship with you- if that is ever possible.... My missing inlaws are still missing - and although I have no doubt someday our authorities will catch them. Just a note- ARM and Anm... Grandpa wasn't the one with control issues when i last saw them in 2006 I think they both tried to be quite controlling- and i put my foot down and said not in this home- guess what? They showed their true colors and ran and ran and apparently still are- God bless you- you both deserve much better than what you have been dealt. Hold your heads high- know you are loved and may God's peace be in you.
To whomever was pregnant in Oregon- I think she is one who showed up to their place in Wisconsin before I ever moved to Chicago- so there is another baby- but that's all I know.
