If this is one of the most "dramatic examples" of a violation of the city's nuisance ordinance, why has it taken over 10 months to get Junker to clean this pig sty up? Looks like the good ol' boy system in Stillwater continues to protect its own.

This sounds like it's been a chronic problem for years. Didn't this guy own or have an interest in a garbage collection company? Kind of ironic if you didn't know the town. Only in Stillwater: a new twist on the phrase "white trash." This still doesn't top the night when, as Stillwater's sitting Mayor, Good Ol' Choc was brawling with a motorcycle gang literally ON Main Street.
