Investigating officers believe the house was targeted, and that this was not a random act, said St. Croix County Chief Deptuty John Shilts. Drugs that were found in the home may have been a motivating factor of the crime. Officers observed a small amount of marijuana in plain sight when they initially entered the house to assist . Later during the investigations a larger amount was found that was not ypical of personal use. These drugs could be tied to the breakin, he added.

Now tell me they did not put the community in danger! When you are dealing drugs and word around town is they screwed over a client and they come shooting it puts everyone in danger. Does not matter if it was a Gateway drug, just some "reefer" as you burn outs say it was enough to bring danger to their own child and the rest of the community.
