Northwest is flooded with waste!! They did a study on how to get funding not on how to save money. For years even after building the new schools they said we dont have money and the tax payers also said they didn't in No votes on the levies. Now they are going after the people who actually work. The idea is simple tell the older folks and unemployeed that they dont have to pay and then sock it to the workers. A one percent tax on a married couple working making about 80,000 a year would be $800. Thats more than the levy wanted! And since most of the administrators don't live in the area they wont have to pay, heck I believe most of the teachers dont live in the area either so they wont have to pay. The money wont even return Northwest to what they need so guess what, look for a levy down the road...prob a 6 mil...Then go after the people who haven't been paying attention, and say look we lowered the levy amount...Good Going Northwest..if you succeed you will have pulled the wool over everyones eyes in the name of the children...
