We personally want to thank everyone in attendance today for your warm hospitality. We are glad that we had the opportunity to come down and talk with you. Now we all know the boat we're in, and that together we will get through this difficult time. The myths have been dispelled, and an open line of communication has been reached. Thank you all again and we'll see you on the 24th.

Them guys that came down to talk don't care if we organize or not. Their going to win their battle, they came to share info. If you didn't go, you don't know.

Question is, Are you going to be BLIND?

You will not have to look for a better job if your willing to FIGHT to keep yours!

so how much do you think you should be compensated for , what you make now $ is not enough.
We are getting our wages and holidays and benefits cut drastically, if we don't organize. Hell, maybe even if we do organize. Management told you as much in our meetings. I really have no idea how you don't see it coming. I don't want to tell you I told you so. I wish I was wrong. The axe is coming.

What Liberal Agenda is the USW supporting? Please explain to me what your Grandpa told you about unions. Jimmy Hoffa is dead. I'm not gonna push for 35 bucks an hour and free medical. I sure as hell ain't staying for 19 bucks an hour. I almost made that cutting tobacco at 16 years old.

I am finally relieved that this meeting took place today. I don't know anything about the meeting yet, except that Florence now knows the truth about what is happening to our jobs, and why we are unjustly locked out of this company. Hopefully now you bear witness to the unfair labor relations and labor practices over the last 4 months with these people. Disregard the unfounded anti-union propaganda posted on this blog and know the facts.

For 30 years Rotek Florence has worked hand and hand with hourly and salary . It worked good and sometimes great.Eight years ago Len Osborne had a vision to make Rotek a world class company we all seen how far that got us. Now Dr.t has to clean up his mess at the cost of the hourly employees...... Rotek Florence has more experience in salary and hourly on how to run a company and make bearings. Why don't Aurora salary and the union leave us alone so we can do our jobs and dig this company out of this hole that Aurora has dug us into.

Were you even here, then? Lynn Ozbourne got the Germans to invest a 100 million dollars into the wind energy market. Obama cut defense and congress isn't continuing the wind energy tax credits. If you picked up a damn paper, every once in a while, you'd see we're going natural gas... Fracking... He put all our eggs into one basket. Our competitor's closed their large bearing plants. Why don't we take that market share, Dr.?

Dr. T tried to trick our Aurora sister plant into striking, so he didn't have to pay unemployment insurance. Now we're going to buy forgings from Ajax and turn a profit and return on their investment, building small commercial bearings?

You want the 100 salary, Aurora employees to stay out of it? This is his business model. Hire college degrees to manage a small, low paid work force. With all Aurora/hourly laid off, we now have an almost 1:1 ratio of salary to hourly. You get your own personal superivsor, Tow Motor Eddie. Hope he bathes daily.

We're not bailing anyone out of anything. You're either gonna take it or fight or move on.

speaking of union dues. i just earned back all the union dues i paid into last year. now working on the previous years. at this rate i will have received all the money i have paid into dues thru strike pay. so if money goes to corrupt people higher up in the union. i will get all my money back i invested through all the years if paying union dues. my dues are now paying my bills. no corrupt money paid anyone but myself. ha ha ha

Does anyone in the north or south believe that this lock out could result in the shut down of one or both facilities? That's my concern.
