I'm from Sudbury, been here all my life. It's a little boring, but for the most part, peaceful. The only murder I know of is by this kid I knew from high school, David Azar. What a friggin' tool. The guy killed is infant son, shaking the poor thing to death. Azar's in prison for the rest of his life. At least I hope so. He should rot there for eternity. Otherwise, Sudbury's a pretty good place to live. And I should know.

Even though my location indicates I'm from Acton I do indeed live in Sudbury....
Its a great town with almost no serious crimes, or any crimes for that matter, in any part of town. there have been zero murders since I have lived here..
there really is not south and north sudbury, its just that most of industry and restraunts ect. are locted in south Sudbury.
It's a great town, Just know that there is a little underage drinking at times, but isn't that true with every wealthy suburb these days.
(Looke foward to meeting you maybe!!)
Uughh how long have you lived there? Because you posted in 08 and a student at the High School stabbed another student to death in 07... pretty sure that's murder.

In Sudbury there are slums, Particularity downtown, Donovan area, Getting jumped, Beaten, That sort of thing, There isn't just underage drinking, weed, Mostly, With some prescription pills, And there is stabbing and murder Etc, Most just go un-reported, I believe the last I saw was a stabbing by a kids park in the Donovan, The biggest area for stabbings drugs jumpings Etc is downtown, By the bus station, The timmies, That area, With ranging ages from 12-25, Mainly 14-21, And I forgot to mention the prostitutes, In the ghetto in sudbury there is a street called Hookers alley, Technically not an alley, And actually a busy and main street but none the less called Hookers alley, Hookers alley is also know officially as Kathleen street, And is particularity bad because off Kathleen is a street called Lansdowne street, Which Lansdowne Elementary School is on, A ghetto-ish public elementary school, Sort of like training for going to Sub Sec

wow. thanks guys.
Sudbury sounds pretty nice then. not like winnipeg gunshot at 2am.
what you guys think bout the weather? and what is the best transport to get you around? car/transit/scooter?
The best transportation for Sudbury is probably, Bus or Cab, Cab if you can afford it, The bus is ghetto, Walking isn't the best idea either, Drunks, Druggies, People asking for cigarettes etc
That does depend where your going and coming from, If your in the Ghetto, Either take a cab, Best bet, Or walk fast with your head down, I wouldn't recommend taking the bus if you can avoid it, I have lived in Sudbury for all of my life, And have lived in the ghetto for all of my life, I know what I'm talking about

crime is directly tied to the number of blacks in any given area. the less blacks the less crime. Before I go anywhere I wiki demographics of area I want to go and if more than 4% black I don't go.

As of the census[19] of 2000, there were 16,841 people, 5,504 households, and 4,749 families residing in the town. The population density was 691.1 people per square mile (266.8/kmē). There were 5,590 housing units at an average density of 229.4 per square mile (88.6/kmē). The racial makeup of the town was 94.23% White, 0.80% African American, 0.03% Native American, 3.72% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.23% from other races, and 0.96% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.24% of the population.

as you can see only .8% black so you will be okay.

you might want to stay out of Haiti though.
Disasters often cause human populations to increase long term, rather than decrease, by way of increased fertility exceeding the deaths caused by the initial disaster, as shell-shocked mothers replace every lost child with more than needed.[citation needed] In Haiti's case, the fertility rate nearly tripled after the quake, and is likely to remain elevated (above pre-quake levels) for long after
