Another case of the environmental nuts running amuck. There is no, no, no evidence that PCBs cause cancer. As a kid (fifty years ago) I used to rip old power transformers apart to salvage the copper wire. Every time I cracked open one of the "cans" as they were called I was bathed in PCBs. GE did not break any laws. The mud in the bottom of the river should be left alone. PCB levels in the fish has been on the wane for years.
