It is sad that another fine young officer has been killed in the line of duty. That is one of the reasons so many law enforcement agencies do not pursue in dangerous situations. I dont know what sort of driver training is required here but having been with another states Highway Patrol, driver training is quite intense and yet they do not allow pursuits under dangerous circumstances unless it is a matter of life and death. Words cannot express the sorrow to the families loss.
