How to do I sign up for a recycling bin & pick-up services? Someone told me I could go through ONWASA, but I haven't been able to find anything.

I have M&W hauling for trash. They are implementing the recycling program starting this month. They will be providing the bins for the customers. Check with the area trash services, they should be able to tell you who to go to.
