i Used them. They were fast to try doing the job. I was out of state and then out of country. I gave them lots of money to fix my mold problem. Came back and my place had trash everywhere. They weren't professional enough to clean up after themselves. Cigarette butts, dirty spit bottles, empty wrappers, and garbage was left all over my kitchen and my bathroom. I paid them up front to do the job rather than waiting and they didnt do a good job. 3 days ago I was starting to redo my bathroom. THE MOLD IS STILL THERE. Doesn't even look like they tried removing it. It looks a if They painted over it. Can't say much though since it has been awhile and I gave up trying to deal with these people.
I also gave money down for the contractor they use to make the house look nice after them. NOTHING was done. I was out 1500.00. The guy didn't do anything. I paid them about 3k and the other guy 1500. For what? They left my place looking like they don't care about their business name.
Came back from overseas and tried getting receipts and proof of the job so I could do my taxes but they either didn't answer my call or were out of town or had no idea what I was talking about. Then they blamed it on the admin assistant but never tried to resolve the problem. Ended up not doing the taxes waiting on them to get me the paperwork showing all the work they did.

If you don't have time to sit there watching them making sure these guys do a good job, don't hire them. And if you do hire them, don't give them any money upfront like they ask you to do until the job is done right.
I was a sucker. I was in a tight situation since I needed to deploy to Iraq and trusted them to do a good and professional job while I was not in my house. They messed me over and because of EC Restoration, I no longer trust contractors.

I completely understand how you feel... We had them do work here starting in June and had to give 5k to them to start due to a water leak and mold and it is Dec and they still are not done. They say they are but they aren't. They promised many things and they didn't produce it at all.. However, their stance as far as mold still being there or returning, they have a 1 million dollar guarantee on that part. Maybe you need to seek a lawyer....

Good Luck and welcome home

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Taurus

It's no good - the prospect of visiting the post-Christmas sales has become too tempting for you to resist any longer. No matter what you're doing today, you'll try to squeeze in the opportunity to dash around some of your favourite shops and see what's on offer. You could snap up some bargains but you should guard against the urge to splurge on items that you don't really want or need. The price of something may have been slashed but the acid test is whether you'd still buy it if it were full price. If not, leave it in the shop!
