Who brought the kid?

Since: Jun 12

Sounds like they rented "the party room" up there and weren't watching the kid.

I wonder if that was in the contract when they signed it with the Y. The clause "keep an eye on your kids".

Yeah, Huber and the Y are probably just interested in the money.

18 lifeguards? That's b.s. When I was there in June, there were 8 at the most. What a lie!

Shit happens. If the boohooing fools are allowed to sue, it will be the end, my friends, for yet another swimming pool, that will join all of those that have been closed, and then paved over or filled in, no longer available for our kin, friends and kids. Yes, reality makes me pissed, because we just can't get away from risks.

One has to honestly sit back and question whether the City of Hu-briar Heights Ohio truly contains 18 or more adults that have all successfully mastered the ability to tread water.

It is always sort of sad, at least for me, to take a summertime drive and see where those old swimming pools used to be, now long gone and abandoned, because me and you just had to sue, sue, sue. Trotwood Aquatic Club; NCR; Englewood; Millers Grove...

I think it is crazy huber gets the blame because they didn't keep an eye on their own child the y is not a babysitter and a tragedy happened to realize what parents should be doing. I go there every day and they are doing a great job we finally get something we can enjoy in huber and people like them come in and ruin it

I'm tired of this crap. Make them stay at home, while wrapped in bubble wrap, keeping them from being hurt or becoming tough, at least until government and lawyers have made the world safe enough.
