Why do we have a "range" 10-15 years. Why not just give him 15 years and keep him there until he does his time. Especially for a CSC crime.

I think when you physically harm another person you should get a flat sentence and serve it.

The only people who I feel sorry for are the 4 women who will most likely end up sick with HIV and Aids in their life. He will most likely transfer the disease in prison and make other people sick. He will not be charged with that though. This is where the death penalty would come in helpful. Now we have to support him on Hiv/Aids meds that cost mega-dollars each month.
