Resist arrest, wrestle a policeman to the ground, attempt to physically harm a policeman, attempt to steal/remove a policeman's gun for the purpose of shooting/killing a policeman ....

And your punishment is ... 3 months time served? Really?

Meanwhile Attorney General Coakley suggests we avoid 'self help' when under attack by losers put back out on the street like this guy, and simply wait to be rescued, in 30 or 40 minutes.

The article doesn't say "time served." And as I wrote before, the attempted murder charge was garbage in the first place.

should of shot the piece of poop and then this would all be over, but it seems the police had a little bit of restraint in this matter.

Good job to the judge, in a few months he will probaly be at the Mall at Whitney Field.

I hope he is out for Chritmas. We all know how religious the P. R. criminals are. I'd hate to have him miss midnight mass.

What the article failed to mention was that the police officer infringed on mr.velasquez's civil rights, he was running because he wanted to go study for his GED, and was forced to rush becuase he had to go to work to support his children, and of course Sunday is MASS day.. at least he will be out in less then year..!!!!!!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Pisces

Whether the excesses of the past few days are catching up with you or you're feeling drained for other reasons, you need as much rest as possible today. Once you get tired, your defenses will be down and you'll start to fret about whatever is currently nagging away at the back of your mind. You're also concerned about the welfare of a certain person, which doesn't help.
