I think this had more to do with him drinking too much. I don't care if they want to tighten up on the gun control, but it wouldnt have prevented this anymore than it would have prevented the school shooting earlier in the week

Here's a deal gun control advocates. If you want to take away my 2nd Amendment right to own a weapon (gun), the in return we want the 1st Amendment to be taken from you.

Yea right he will stay off the booze!!!!! We risk our lives for anyone who needs it and when our lives are threatened this judge does less than slap his wrist he gives him a vacation from his family. 5 months for trying to kill someone!!!! WHAT THE !@%% The judge must have been his drinking buddy!!!!
