Rather than keeping these substances in a controlled distribution environment with age restrictions and taxation, Gov. Jan Brewer and the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police have decided that it is best to turn over the responsibility for production and distribution of these substances to the criminal predators that inhabit the black market. Customers will no longer be able to sue the distributor for selling them adulterated and/or contaminated products. Customers will have no other recourse to settle their disputes with the distributors other than through “street justice”. That translates into more violence and crime within our cities.

They need to change the name of their organization to the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police and Drug Cartel Supporters.

And we’re paying these guys to help “protect us”?

Thanks for nothing, Governor Brewer!

One other thing that needs to be mentioned… Gov. Jan Brewer and organizations such as the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police are feeding on bigotries within our communities that associate anything that even resembles a drug “hippies” might use with criminal behavior. You don’t see the Governor trying to ban Red Bull, coffee, hooch, or tobacco products. She’s trying to make you feel she is “protecting” you so you keep her cash cow flowing.

This isn’t an “us vs. them” thing Governor. You’re waging your “war on drugs” on our families and neighbors. Get your head on straight and step out from the dark side and into the light. Let’s help end these counterproductive prohibitionist policies and enact policies which actually help our communities rather than make problems worse!

Shame on you and your Association of Drug Cartel Supporters!
