I never had, or will never bring children into this world. I would just freak out on this.

I have a problem with him even facing criminal charges. According to the laws governing age of consent, he's too young to make decisions concerning s.ex, yet he can be charged with a crime? He's just a kid.

Allow them to go back to school??? What a disgrace and how does the VICTIM feel about this??? those two perverted individuals need to be kept away from other people for the rest of their lives!!! plain and simple.

Wow, is this a hard to handle case! As my TEN YEAR old son comes home from school today to tell me all about their "movie" they watched with a woman having a baby and the "pen is" entering the "vag ina" and how nasty it was.... I almost hit the floor and had a heart attack to learn they had started their "health class today in the 5th grade! I am shocked to learn my TEN YEAR old son is learning this and then read about a case like this one... I don't believe this CHILD is the problem here, was he himself a victim of rape? Molested? Obvioulsy not from the greatest parents if they have to submit to random drug and alcohol tests..hmmm this is truly disturbing

There is absolutely no way that this kid should be back in the same school with the victim, or with any other children. If this was my school district, I would be raising you-know-what if they let that kid back into a place where he has already caused so much psychological damage. Maybe counseling will figure out where he got the idea for his crime, maybe he was just born socially deviant. But since he has shown a propensity to abuse younger children, he is an immediate danger to those around him and must be separated from them for their safety. If he has been abused himself, then it is understandable why he would act accordingly. But whatever the reason for it, we must stop him from spreading the effects of his abuse to more children.

O come on! Give the kid a break. That happens all the time in the back of the bus, Just part of growing up.

So Reynard? You also did this to a younger child when you were young?

There is plenty that they could have done without charging him with a crime. I just hope that he is getting help. He's atan age where there is still hope of getting him straightened out.

So, you spent a lot of time at the back of the bus? Spoken like a true perv.

Well OK maybe they shouldn't have been doing this on the bus but as a gay person I believe that these kids were just exploring their sexuality and it shouldn't be a crime for pete's sake. Get over it.

This is VERY disturbing. How awful for that 7 yr old boy - I hope they DO NOT allow these little hellions back into their school! It IS a crime - gay, straight, whatever - to FORCE someone into performing oral s.e.x. on them. Ewww, it's just not right. He must have STELLAR parents, too!

He needs counseling and help. He is obviously a confused boy, he is only 11 years old- way too young to send him to jail and give up on this child.
Just because the parents don't know how to raise him right does not mean he is a monster, just someone who needs some guidance in his life. Hopefully his relatives will be able to provide this.

Okay say he did this to your child (not that you may have any) would you feel the same. What about the child it was done too. He will never forget this .HE needs harsh punishment before he turn to raping kids. IF he touched my kid I would choke him.

I have long said that supervision in public schools and on busses is desperately lacking. There needs to be an additional person on the bus to supervise. There also needs to be more than ONE aide on a playground with 300+ kindergarten age kids, like my child's school has. Private child care centers have to have a 1-20 ratio caregiver to child for school age kids.

But- again, they claim they don't have the funding for things like that. And then they go and spend 1.6 million on "Safe Routes To School" initiatives. Look it up. You'll be "blown away" at how only 9 schools in Michigan will be getting over $300,000 each to encourage kids to walk or ride bikes to school in order to encourage "healthy lifestyles". Makes me sick.

DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS. THIS BLOG IS NOT FOR REAL. A GAY PERSON WOULD NOT CONDON THIS BEHAVIOR. THIS WAS NOT CONCENTUAL AND IT WAS MOLESTATION WHETHER YOU ARE GAY OR STRAIGHT. A GAY PERSON WOULD NOT SAY THIS WAS EXPERIMENTING BECAUSE IT WAS FORCED UPON AN INNOCENT CHILD.
