Fisk asked for a Polygraph? Is it possible he was not involved in the murders but just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Just another shining example of the MDOC's failing
MPRI pet project, wasting millions of the tax payers money. If anyone reads this believe me, I am a CO in Ionia at the prison.

You do not get arrested for simply being in the general area of a murder. To believe this guy is not involved would require a person to ignore all the other evidence (which we are not aware of) because again, You do not get arrested and charged with murder simply because you were in the area, with no other corroberating evidence to support the arrest.

From WZZM...

The report also says Fisk flagged down a car and ask the driver to take him to the Michigan State Police post in Lakeview. He told the man he had just witnessed a double murder. That driver refused to give him a ride, but called 9-11 and was able to tell police where the bodies were.

What does it take to have the State of Michigan to validate the capital punishment /death penality? A bill from a local representative? A petition? Or what?

My thoughts and prayers are with the families of all. This is a most horrible situation, and quite incomprehensible. I only pray that our community will come together, as we have before, and support and pray for the families of all involved.

Thin lips and beady little eyes - the both of them. Criminal element and trailer trash all the way. Their mothers should have had abortions, then the Beans could have happily lived out the rest of their days.
