Jerry Wolkoff and his son David Wolkoff, owners of 5Pointz, the iconic graffiti-splashed old factory in Long Island City want to tear down the building for a luxury development.

So long as as the Wolkoffs own the old factory and graffiti doesn't pay the rent...why shouldn't it be their right to tear it down!?
