Hot-tempered Queens lawyer busted for drunk driving

A hot-tempered defense attorney who exploded at a Queens judge during the 2005 trail of hate crime thug Nicholas "Fat Nick" Minucci found herself back in the courtroom this week -- facing DWI charges after she was arrested for driving home drunk from an office party, The Post has learned.

At the arraignment the judge told her: "You've been bought here for drinking." to which she replied: "OK, let's get started."
