Kathryn McGuire proved a point for all of us, a point that's been made many times before, that Transexuals are not lowlife. That this condition is not a moral deficiency. In fact, the opposite is true. Transexuals are more likely to be found at the top of society than the bottom. I'm dismayed that the reporter used the male pronoun "he" throughout the article. Even the AP style book directs that the female pronoun be used.
That aside, it was a good article.
