are you allowed to have a well within the city limits. use it for drinking and water lawn

i do not know about the regulatory requirements but i do know of some older homes whom do have wells and are located inside Piqua city limits. Granted they are on the edge of the city limits and probably have had their wells since before they were incorperated into the town.

I am sure you could call the city building and get all the info you need.
