You keep deleting and I will keep re-posting.

Read the link on the Houston Herald.

OMG!!

Read what the judge says? Read between the lines, any respectable lawyer has to be outraged at Anderson's conduct. The Judge threw out fast Anderson's "I am above law" immunity defense. What is going to bury his dumb ass is that law suit he filed. Please tell me he was drunk at the time. No one can be that stupid sober.

For years the biggest perverts in this county have been law enforcement. Sounds like it is all going to come out next week!!! I don't feel sorry for any of them.

If you have knowledge of misbehavior on Anderson's part (read what the Summersville Police are now saying about how he abuses that office
) CONTACT THE MO BAR ASSOCIATION AND LETS GET THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING DISBARRED!!!

Hutchison returned to work on Tuesday, December 20, 2005. On December 20, Anderson wrote and gave Hutchison a note in Court that said the name ‘Haywood Jablome’ for Hutchison to
call out as a witness, which embarrassed Hutchison.

OMG, is Anderson in 7th grade! We should all hang our heads in shame until this fool is removed from an office that gives him the authority to make life and death decisions about our lives.

of course she kept the note. anderson is a complete fool. everyone will see that after next week. two last points from me: she is just as bad as he is. she abused that office, just like mike from day 1. all kinds of "favors" were done for her and mike's playmates. she is just a lot smarter than mike, but who isn't. 100 years from now people in Texas County will be laughing at Anderson. So much for your legacy Mike.

hopefully this will not be settled at the last minute. i have contacted the st. louis, the kc and the springfield media and they all thought it was hilareous and will be covering the trial.

WILL THERE BE ANY LOCAL MEDIS THERE TO GIVE US A "BLOW BY BLOW." Sorry, I know that was bad but couldn't resist.

Well Mike, it has been five long years, but Tic Toc.

Anderson got it postponed at the last minute. But when it goes to trial, they will have to shut down the county and we won't have many highway patrolman on duty. I figure half of the county will be witnesses and the other half is going to watch the trial.....LOL
Bet I know a few women who are going to be called!

and can you believe this fool, on the day his secretary comes back to work, after threatening to sue him for sexual harrassment, that he gives her a note in court saying "will you blow me."

And we are giving this fool the power to make life and death decisions about our lives?

I have stayed out of this until now. Fellow Texas Countians, have we so little respect fot our selves, our familes and our futures that we put up with Mike Anderson.

He wrote a note to a women who was accussing him of sexual harrassment that said "will you blow me?" And he is suppose to be a role model? What an idiot. And we allow this man to occupy an office as powerful as the Proscecutor's? All the rumors about his public drunkeness now to me, have merit. This man has lost his mind.

I try to stay neurtal when it comes to Republicans and Democrats, but I am very disapointed in the Republican Party leadership of this county, for first dumping this fool on us and now for not coming out in outrage and sensorship of him.

What happened to the story on the Anderson appeal being overturned that was on the Houston Herald. It was gone this morning. Looks like he might have to go to trial soon!

What is the status of Anderson? He is throwing good money after bad to pay lawyers to appeal this. His arguement is that as a prosecutor he has "impunity to prosecution." In other words, I am above the law. There was little doubt that would hold up on appeal. What a fool.

Steelman does not want Anderson booted out of office because they can garnish his wages to get what ever the court orders him to pay. Monica can also take his house. And the funny part is Mike is so dumb and/or arrogant that he still thinks he is going to get away with this. All the drugs and booze over the years have finally done him in.

What did the article on the Hearld site say? and why was it taken down?

I think all of andersons cases should be reexamined i mean if if thinks he is above the law then who is to say he isn't makin his own laws an putting innocent people away. i mean does he even read the cases before he files them. how can someone be charged an given no chance in hell to prove innocence. especially when someone else admits to doing it an has done the time. i hope Jeff city sees an lets appeals go through.

GRAND JURY!!!! We need one in this county to look at the whole mess county government has become. They should start with Anderson's Office and the Sheriff's Dept. The biggest crooks in this county are on the county payroll!!!

Court denies review in Texas County case Houston Herald Houston Herald

The 8th District Court of Appeals turned down a request to review a lower court's ruling related to a case involving the Texas County prosecutor.

"The court has carefully reviewed the original file of the United States District Court and orders that this appeal be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction," the court wrote in its Jan. 14 opinion.

The last-minute appeal in December delayed the start of a trial to hear allegations that the Texas County prosecutor Michael Anderson discriminated against a former employee and misused the powers of his office.

On Dec. 1, U.S. District Judge Richard Dorr failed to throw out some issues and ordered Anderson to stand trial on the counts alleged by Monica Daniel Hutchison, a former office employee in Anderson's office.

Daniel's claims malicious prosecution, abuse of process concerning a subpoena and a civil lawsuit, emotional distress and a hostile work environment. Anderson denies all of the claims. Anderson's attorneys earlier asked Dorr to reconsider his order. After he denied the request, attorneys for Anderson asked for a hearing before the 8th District Court of Appeals, and the trial was postponed.

You're obsession over Anderson is not making anyone any more concerned about the issue. In fact, the people that might have been interested in the outcome of this case are becoming disinterested about it because of your constant prying and posting about this matter.

This has gone beyond TXCO. The good ole boy system can no longer protect Mike.

It would be interesting to know what Mike's drug buddy from back in Louisiana thinks about all this. Terry Huckabee was his name. Serving a life sentence in Texas for raping his own daughter. Heck of a guy! And just think he and Mike shared many a jail cell together back in the day. Well, maybe that day is coming again. Terry, need a new cell mate? Mike might be on his way!
