Del. man fleeing crash struck by Berlin motorist, dies

ELLENDALE -- A Lincoln man who escaped death in a vehicle accident on Route 113 late Friday was fatally struck by two passing cars, including one driven by a Berlin motorist, as he ran from the crash scene, Delaware State Police said today.
