Doctor asked if you own a gun?

Has your doctor or any of his staff asked you if you own a gun? This seems to be one of the many tactics Obama and fellow anti Second Amendment Democrats have implemented in order to chip away at our right to keep and bear arms. I had heard that this was going on and a few states have enacted laws against your doctor asking, as this politically motivated tactic has nothing to do with your health. A friend, here in Jefferson County went to his doctor and the nurse said she had some questions for him, the first being "DO YOU OWN A GUN?". He was taken off guard by such a question considering he was in the doctor's office. When he hesitated the nurse claimed his insurance company wanted to know. So who really knows if she was telling the truth, because you can be certain she gets many a shocked and angry response from patients when she asks this question, especially in light of the Democrats exploiting the Sandy Hook shootings in CT and Democrats wanting more gun control, which by the way only pretends to prevent crime, but infringes upon the Constitutional rights of law abiding Americans. If you answer yes to the doctor's gun question, its recorded in your medical records which you can bet will be used against you at a later date by the government. They will find a medical reason to deny you a conceal carry permit, or even revoke it. They may even confiscate your guns for medical reasons, for instance if you tell your doctor you're stressed out, or you start taking particular medications. Your medical records stating you own a gun, will be seen by many, including your health insurance company. You may well see a rate increase due to your gun ownership. Then there's Obamacare, which will gradually result in the destruction of health care services, as well as insurance providers. In 15-20 years, according to Obama, everyone will be forced into a single payer system, government run health care. Your gun ownership record will be there for all incompetent and politically driven government workers to see. The government Agency For Disease Control basically considers gun ownership a disease. Many in the medical field hate guns & are all to happy to help Obama with his anti 2nd Amendment agenda. I thought about contacting my local state representative about enacting a Missouri law to prohibit doctors or health insurance companies from asking if you own a gun, but my rep, who claimed to be endorsed by the NRA when he ran for election, is heavily endorsed by the UNIONS who are in bed with Obama for more GUN CONTROL. These are the same unions that claim to be for the rights of the working man. So you can see, the anti 2nd Amendment mentality has infested many areas of our lives that you're not even aware of. Its like a cancer. And now its to the point that you can't even trust your doctor, because he or she is part of the malignancy.

April 10, 2013 GUN CONFISCATION HAS BEGUN IN NY.
New Yorkers have been receiving notices that they are to turn in their guns, because they either have been prescribed an anti anxiety medication at some point or are currently on one. These people have not committed any crimes. The letter states that their pistol permits have been revoked and if they don't turn in their guns, the police will come after them and take them. So not only are their 2nd Amendment rights destroyed, so has the 4th and 5th Amendments, because they have not had due process and the police confiscating their guns is unreasonable search and seizure. Another big concern is, HOW DID THE GOVERNMENT ACCESS THIS MEDICAL INFORMATION? This is a violation of HIPPA.
